Research use only
All products sold by TIKA are intended solely for laboratory and in-vitro research by qualified persons. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not medicines, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you will use the products only for lawful research, and that you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including import laws in your location.
Orders
Submitting an order request does not create a contract. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and receive payment. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including any order where we believe products are intended for human or veterinary use.
Prices
Prices are shown per vial in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is quoted in your order confirmation. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed by email applies to your order.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TIKA is not liable for any loss or harm arising from misuse of products or use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
