How orders are sent, and what happens if something's wrong.
Dispatch
TIKA is an Australian-based company. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number by email on the day your order ships. All parcels use plain, discreet outer packaging.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders of A$200 or more, after any bundle discount. Orders under A$200 have shipping quoted in your order confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. You're responsible for making sure the products can lawfully be imported where you are.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a vial arrives damaged, unsealed or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it.
Returns
For safety and integrity reasons we can't accept returns of opened or unsealed vials, or change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped.
